Three friends, one notepad, way too many disputed pots

Like a lot of home games, ours ran on a notepad and good faith. That worked fine until it didn't: a missed rebuy here, a mis-added stack there, and suddenly the last twenty minutes of every game night were spent doing math instead of playing cards.

So we did what any group of friends would do with too much free time: we built the tool we wished existed. Something fast, fair, and innovative.
